Refund Policy

Preamble:

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility conditions differ if your item is defective or damaged upon delivery — in that case, please follow the procedure described in the Exchanges section below.


Section 1 – Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Section 2 – Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. Processing time can vary.

Section 3 – Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Section 4 – Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us through the "Contact Us" page.


Section 5 – Shipping:

To return your product, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary (10–15 business days).

If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We appreciate your interest in Lumeor and invite you to try it for 30 days, risk-free. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Lumeor Hair Pro, you can return it and receive a full refund under the following conditions:


Return & Refund Conditions

Return Eligibility:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • It must be in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • It must be free from physical damage or signs of misuse.

  • It must have been used according to the provided user manual.

  • It must not have been altered or modified.

  • It must be returned with the original proof of purchase.

  • It must be cleaned and disinfected prior to return.

Return Reason: Returns must be based on valid reasons such as manufacturing defects or malfunctions. Returns without a valid functional issue will not be accepted.

Remote Inspection: Before a physical return, an initial remote inspection will be carried out using visual or video evidence provided by the customer.


Return Process:

Initial Steps: Before returning the item, please contact our customer service at contact@lumeor.pro to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Return Form Submission: Complete the return form provided by our support team, explaining the reason for the return and confirming all conditions are met.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be made using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.


Inspection & Refund:

Once received, the product will be inspected by an independent third party to confirm compliance with return conditions.

Inspection Fee: If the product is found non-defective and returned for reasons other than damage or malfunction, a €49 inspection and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Issuance: If eligible, the refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.


Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Items returned without an RA number

  • Products showing signs of physical damage or misuse

  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

  • Returns without a completed return form and confirmation of conditions

  • Products not used as per the manual

  • Modified or altered products

  • Returns without a functional defect after initial inspection


Exceptions & Exclusions: Promotional or discounted items may have different return policies, communicated at purchase. This policy does not cover accidental or aesthetic damage or damage from unauthorised modifications.

Although our banners may say "Try it free for 30 days, you have nothing to lose", please understand this offer is subject to the terms outlined in this policy to ensure fairness and prevent abuse. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
