Section 1 – Steps to Complete an Online Contract

Placing an Order

Browse our website and add your selections to the cart by clicking "Add to cart". You can proceed to checkout at any time by clicking "Checkout".

Contract Validation

Clicking "Checkout" brings up a confirmation page summarising all selected products and options. You may update quantities or remove items, then proceed by checking "I accept the T&Cs" and "Secure Payment".

Ensure all details, especially delivery information (address, entry codes, phone numbers), are correct. You may save your details by ticking "Save my information for next time".

Click "Continue to shipping method", then "Continue to payment method", and finally "Place my order".

After payment, an order confirmation message appears, followed by an email confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline bulk orders (over 100 units) due to availability.

Identifying and Correcting Errors

You can identify and correct input errors at any time. If you notice an error after submitting the order, please contact us immediately.


Section 2 – Archiving and Access to the Contract

Contracts, order forms, and invoices are archived on a secure, durable medium. You may request access to these documents for orders over €120.


Section 3 – Legal and Contractual Warranties

Legal Warranties

In accordance with applicable law, we will refund, repair, or replace any defective or non-compliant product. Return shipping fees will be refunded upon receipt of proof (photo, video, etc.).

Liability

We strive to fulfil these terms and conditions. However, we are not liable in cases of force majeure, third-party actions, or non-compliance with foreign regulations.


Section 4 – Delivery Times, Fees, and Methods

Delivery Method

Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe

Products are shipped within 7 to 21 working days. If delayed, you will be notified by email.

Product Unavailability

In case of unavailability, we will notify you promptly and may offer a product of equivalent value or quality.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on lumeor.pro.

Order Tracking

We offer an "Order Notification" service that provides regular updates on your order status (typically every two days).


Section 5 – Pricing

Prices are listed in euros, excluding VAT (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code).

For deliveries outside France, customs duties and taxes may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority.

Some products are co-developed with trusted partners like Hoygi and are tested in private laboratories to ensure quality and compliance.


Section 6 – Payment Methods and Security

Payment Collection

Payment is only taken upon dispatch. You may cancel your order anytime before it is handed to the carrier. Once dispatched, an email will confirm payment processing.

Your banking details do not transit through our site. All payments are encrypted using SSL for your security.


Section 7 – Right of Withdrawal: Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 14 days from product receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. No justification or penalty applies. Return shipping costs are at your expense. A full refund will be issued within 30 days.

This right does not apply to personalised items or unsealed digital goods (audio, video, software).


Section 8 – Contract Duration and Price Validity

Products remain the property of Lumeor until full payment is received via PayPal or Stripe.

Offers are valid as long as displayed online and within stock limits.


Section 9 – Governing Law / Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively by French courts.
