Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

On average, deliveries take 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday) from the time of dispatch.

To track your order, simply click the "View my order" link provided in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.

🕓 Please note: Tracking information becomes available approximately 4 days after your parcel has been dispatched.

You will receive two emails:

  1. A confirmation of your order.

  2. A notification when your parcel has been shipped.

📦 Important:
Please monitor your tracking link. Your parcel may be waiting at your local post office even if you haven’t received a missed delivery card.

📬 Did you know?
Parcels are held at the post office for 15 days. If not collected, they are returned to us. In that case, a reshipping fee will be required to resend your order.


Order Cancellation

You have 2 hours after placing your order to cancel it via our contact form (found in the "Contact Us" section).
After this time, cancellation is no longer possible, and any refund can only be issued once the full order has been returned to our warehouse.
